2010 Zeitgeist Trousseau Gris Russian River Valley

Gorgeous spring-like notes of sweet-pea blossom and white jasmine: perfume like in its intoxication. Mineral driven tones of flint and wet stone border on an oil like viscosity. Quite pale in color. The wine has a bright, firm acidity without being bracing. It is fresh, crisp, vibrant, and unique. It was fermented with wild yeasts and has never seen oak barrels! It is unadulterated! An extremely fun aperitif or a graceful pairing with sushi, oysters or practically any vegetable or fruit.
